Poor Katie has them. She woke up this morning as pleasant as can be with big and little swellings on her legs. At first, I thought she had chicken pox but closer examination showed specific areas with red swelling. I remember chicken pox and these were not chicken pox.
I called the pediatrician's office and they suggested Children's Benadryl. We were going to the Children's Museum today and I didn't want to give her the full dose but half. I didn't want her falling asleep at the museum. I kept asking Katie if she was itching and she would say no. I would catch her scratching her belly or back.
We had a great time at the museum and Aunt Kristen went with us. It was her first visit at the museum and she had a great time too!
I took pictures and I need to post them but I am exhausted right now.I have decided to get the dishes done before bed as well as having my clothes ready for the morning. My mood is so much brighter with a clean kitchen!
I also received a comment from my significant other that I haven't posted on my blog for several weeks.
