Playground Tour

The past two days have been blessed with gorgeous warm weather. We love these days, well everyone loves these days, because of being cooped up inside for the winter.

Yesterday the girls and I went to War Memorial Park after school. I love this park because
  1. It has a rubber ground in the play area.
  2. It is huge. The girls can run in the grass or explore the creek.
  3. There are several covered pavilions for lunch or breaks.
  4. It is close to our house.
  5. It has two separate playgrounds for babies, infants, toddlers, preschool, and elementary school children.
Katie always finds a boy to play with and Felicity always find an older girl who would love to be her sister.

Today we went to North Fayette park. I love this park because
  1. It is has a police station so I feel VERY safe there.
  2. It has two separate playgrounds.
  3. It has a sand volleyball court.
  4. It has a covered pavilion.
  5. It has a huge hill for rolling.
Katie didn't find a boy but she did see someone from her hockey class. The girl actually recognized Katie and knew her name. We spent about 3 hours at the park but we didn't want to leave.
