Summer Cold

Katie and I are battling a summer cold. She has a runny nose and cough; I have a stuffy nose, heavy head, and cough.
We were supposed to go to a play date at a local park today but we cancelled. I couldn't go and get everyone else sick. Hopefully we will get over this pretty quick and go to the play date next week.
I joined a group two weeks ago. It is a local mothers group and it really is a godsend for me. I was having a horrible time meeting other mothers in the area. We have only gone on one playdate but we have met some really friendly mothers with children close in age to Katie and Felicity. We were supposed to go to the park last week but it was raining all day. The area leader decided to change the location to the local mall play area. Katie had a great time running around and meeting the new children. She seems to like playing with boys more than girls. Jim is in BIG trouble!
Felicity had a good time; she slept in her stroller!
