Felicity's Preschool Year

Felicity finished her first year of school on Thursday.  There was a very nice ceremony and preschool completion certificate given to each student.  There was also a video presentation of the school year and each student received a copy.  I had to hold in the tears as I watched the special pictures of Felicity and her classmates.  Grandma, Grandpap, and Grammy came to the ceremony and had lunch with us at Eat N Park afterwards.
Katie wanted to see the DVD and I admit I was bawling during it.  When the DVD ended, Felicity buried her head in my arm and sobbed.  She said "I will never see my friends or teachers again!" Poor girl gets her sensitive nature from me.
I find it hard to believe Felicity will be going to kindergarten in the fall.  We received word that full day kindergarten is big possibility.  When I heard this I cried. I think Felicity's school year coming to an end, Felicity being 5, and more school in the fall, hit me all at once.  
I am so thankful my girls are growing up, making friends, learning new things but there are times when I realize they will be on their own.
