My husband, Jim, told me he is tired of coming to my blog and never seeing a new post. Well honey here is a new one.
Time is just F L Y I N G by! Katie turned 5 on February 2nd and I will be registering her for kindergarten on March 12th. She had her follow up with the pediatrician and she weighs 30.5 pounds and 39 inches tall. Quite different than 2 pounds and 19 inches when she was born. I know as the days get closer for her first school bus ride, the tears will be falling.
Katie had her kindergarten placement testing done and she did amazing. Her reading level was tested as 6 years 11 months +. She loves to read and now reads me stories before bed.
Felicity will be turning 3 in April. She is such a character. She loves playing dress up, baby dolls, pink, making us laugh, and giving hugs. I have never seen such an affectionate child before and I hope she always gives me hugs and kisses.
I have started thinking about life after toddler time and the girls are in school. Do I pursue my dream of becoming an elementary teacher? Am I too old to go back to school? This year I turn 40. I think I felt more anxious turning 30 than I feel turning 40 this year.

LOL @ you too!!! You are an amazing set or parents and I am blessed to know you both! ((HUGS)) I think I am still in shock that Katie is 5?!?!?! Where did that time go? It seems like only yesterday.
