I have been missing from my blog because of seasonal viruses. Felicity is now recovering from a low grade fever. Katie seems to be doing well, knock on wood. I can only imagine the sickies they will get when they are in school.
Jim starts school again next weekend. He has anatomy and physiology this semester. He decided to concentrate all of his time on this class since it is a very important part of the nursing program.
Tuesday, I am going to visit the preschool at our church. Katie would start this fall and I think she will do great. I have a feeling she may follow the teacher and Pastor when he comes into the class.

It sneaks up on you fast, doesn't it? Around here preschool & kindergarten registration is in early February so I need to keep my eyes and ears open or else I'll lose my chance...slots get filled up really fast.
Will Katie be going twice a week? I started Julian out at 3 in a Mom's Day Out program, which was 4 hours just once a week. I had tried putting him in the regular program for 3-year-olds that was twice a week, but it was too structured for him and he freaked out on the first day. He cried for a full month in the Mom's Day Out program but then he fell in love with his teacher and didn't want to say good-bye. Now he's in the regular 3-day-a-week program and appears to be doing well.
I hope Katie does great and really loves going to preschool!
Whoops...I forgot to sign my post....
